Target Zone Online – Services, Training and Discount Programme in One Place
We are developing a digital customer service system for Target Zone and the JAMMAS Shooting Centre. Its purpose is to bring together services, training courses, the discount programme and other features related to using our offer in one convenient place.
The system is already available as a web application and can be accessed via csj.pl. No additional software needs to be installed – the application can be used directly in a web browser on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
One Place for Target Zone Services
The system has been designed as a central platform for managing various areas of activity offered by Target Zone and the JAMMAS Shooting Centre.
Instead of using several separate communication channels, customers can gradually manage more and more of their services in one place.
Gunsmithing Service Orders
One of the most important features of the system is the management of gunsmithing service orders. Through csj.pl, we are developing a digital process for services provided by the JAMMAS Shooting Centre gunsmithing workshop in Łomianki.
Information about the range of gunsmithing services is also available on the Target Zone website, while the actual handling of service orders takes place through the CSJ system.
Training
The CSJ system is also used to manage training courses organised by Target Zone and the JAMMAS Shooting Centre.
As the platform develops, our goal is to provide information about available training courses, registration and participant management in one convenient place.
Discount Programme
Another feature of the system is the management of the Target Zone discount programme. By integrating the programme with the platform, customers can use a single account to access an increasing number of functions related to our products and services.
