Online Purchase Returns
Would you like to return a product purchased from the Target Zone online store? You can submit your return conveniently using our online returns form.
Before starting the return process, please have your order number or invoice number ready. Then proceed to the form and provide the required information about the products you wish to return.
How to Submit a Return
To start the return process:
- prepare your order number or invoice number,
- go to the online returns form,
- select the product or products you wish to return,
- choose how you would like to deliver the returned product,
- complete the required information and submit the form.
Online Returns Form
Returns for online purchases from Target Zone are handled through the Centrum Strzeleckie JAMMAS system.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the returns form available on csj.pl. The form will guide you through the next steps of the return process.
Shipping or In-Person Return
When completing the form, you can choose how you would like to return the product. Depending on the selected option, you can either deliver the product in person or send it according to the instructions provided after submitting the return request.
Refund
In the form, you can indicate your preferred refund method. The details of the refund will be confirmed after the returned product has been received and verified.
