HS ECHELON PRO 4.0FC Comp Pistol, 9x19mm

The Echelon Pro 4.0C Comp is an evolution of the proven Echelon platform, featuring a set of performance-oriented enhancements. It retains its compact dimensions while adding what demanding shooters expect: an integrated compensator, an aggressive grip texture, an extended magazine well, and tritium sights.

The pistol was designed in line with the latest trends, which is why it features a fully ambidextrous design as standard: dual-sided magazine release and slide stop. The slide stop is set back and integrates well with the grip’s contour, reducing the risk of the slide failing to lock after the last shot if the grip position is incorrect. Deep notches in the bolt facilitate reloading.

Bolt, barrel, and porting. A 4" (approx. 102 mm) cold-forged barrel with a 1:10 twist. An internal Melonite coating protects against corrosion and wear. The billet-milled slide is coated with a durable Melonite finish and then painted with Cerakote in Springfield Gray. The ported barrel directs propellant gases upward, reducing muzzle rise and helping the shooter return to the target more quickly during automatic fire.

Central Operating Group (COG). At the heart of the pistol is an all-new frame system: a standalone, individually numbered COG module. Thanks to modern manufacturing techniques, it is fully compatible, and transferring it between grips requires no mechanical modifications. A precision-machined stainless steel housing protects the internal components. The trigger mechanism surfaces are made of tool steel and polished to a high gloss, resulting in a smooth trigger pull, a distinct wall and break, and a short reset.

LightForged grip with magwell. The LightForged polymer frame features a "Badlands" texture, which replicates the look and feel of hand-stippling found on custom pistols. It ensures a secure grip, even in challenging conditions. The flared magazine well (magwell) facilitates fast and reliable magazine changes. With a grip width of just 1.2" (approx. 30 mm), the pistol sits comfortably in the hand.

Sights. The front sight, equipped with a tritium insert and an orange luminescent ring, is paired with a black, serrated rear sight. This provides a clear sight picture focused on the front sight, even in low-light conditions.

VIS system and optics. The slide is optics-ready. The cutout incorporates the patent-pending Variable Interface System (VIS), which allows for the direct mounting of over 30 different types of red-dot sights without the need for adapter plates. Specialized mounting pins enable this configuration. This design allows the optic to sit low, promoting a natural point of aim and eliminating the need for tall, aftermarket iron sights.

Magazines and accessories. The package includes three 20-round magazines (for a 20+1 capacity) and a convenient carrying case.
