SCS Green Dot Sight from Holosun dedicated to Walther PDP 2.0 pistols. The green dot sight facilitates aiming, which is why it is eagerly used by sports shooters and hunters. The green dot sight has a low-profile base that provides access to iron sights.
Device equipped with modern technology
The new generation Solar Failsafe power system was introduced for the first time in the SCS PDP model, no batteries required for operation. The green dot sight has an internal long-life battery, charged by a solar panel. The power consumption of the LED diode is at the level of microA, and under normal lighting conditions, the green dot sight is powered only from the solar panel. When used in low light conditions, the internal rechargeable battery supports the LED power.
The green dot sight is equipped with the Multi-Reticle System (MRS) system, which allows the user to select the type of aiming point- classic 2 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle or a combination of both. All points are displayed using one LED, so there is no need to reset them after changing shape. The green dot sight has 12 levels of the aiming point brightness - 10 normal for daytime operation and 2 adapted to work with night vision devices. The Solar Failsafe System is also responsible for the automatic adjustment of the point intensity, adjusting it optimally to the ambient lighting. As with power supply, it is not important whether the light falling on the cell is natural or artificial.
The lens is equipped with a system of advanced lenses, multi-layered with reflective coatings. This solution allowed for a perfect transmission of visible light. The image seen through the lens is clear, bright and parallax-free.
The green dot sight housing is designed to operate in the most difficult conditions
To achieve the highest strength of the casing while maintaining a low weight, the green dot sight casing was made of titanium. This guarantees remarkable mechanical resistance and makes the device suitable not only for sport shooting, but also for operation in difficult terrain. The PDP mounting system allows the green dot sight to be easily mounted on Walther PDP 2.0 pistols.
Everything is packed in an aesthetic and durable plastic box.
