Red Dot sight HE509T-RD X2 Series is a modernized version of the closed red dot sight HE509 from Holosun. The housing of this compact sight is made of titanium to ensure the highest mechanical and chemical resistance. It is equipped with modified manipulators, facilitating instinctive operation and the possibility of blocking them to prevent accidental changes to the settings.

The electronic control system in combination with an efficient LED diode make the device characterized by high efficiency and stable, long-term operation. The system is powered by a single CR1632 battery with theoretical operating time 50,000 h with the sixth point intensity setting.

Red dot sight is equipped with the Multi-Reticle System  (MRS) system, which allows the user to select the type of aiming point - classic 2 MOA dot, 32 MOA circle or a combination of both. All points are displayed using a single LED, so there is no need to reset them after reshaping. The red dot sight has 12 levels of aiming point brightness - 10 normal levels for daytime operation and 2 levels adapted to work with night vision devices.

The viewfinder is equipped with a system of advanced lenses, multi-layered with reflective coatings. This solution allowed for a perfect transmission of visible light. The image visible through the lens is clear, bright and parallax-free.

HE509T-RD X2 is equipped with a solar cell included in the Solar Failsafe  system that fulfills several functions. Through to the high efficiency of the LED diode, it is able to directly power the device with sufficiently intense light. If the light turns out to be insufficient, the cell supports the battery, significantly reducing its consumption.

Solar Failsafe System is also responsible for the automatic adjustment of the point intensity, adjusting it optimally to the ambient lighting. As with power supply, it is not important whether the light falling on the cell is natural or artificial.

Red dot sight also uses a different battery saving system - Shake Awake . After programming the time by the user, in the event of inactivity, the device will automatically go into sleep mode. To reactivate it, you only need to move the weapon on which it was placed.

To achieve the highest strength of the casing while maintaining a low weight, the red dot sight casing was made of titanium. This guarantees remarkable mechanical resistance and makes the device suitable not only for sport shooting, but also for operation in difficult terrain. The mounting system using replaceable adapters in the standard RMR (included) or MOS (sold separately) allows you to easily attach red dot sight to the weapon.

Everything is packed in an aesthetic and durable plastic box.
