Main purpose of these plates is to provide additional load during training.
Perfect for running, pull-ups, push-ups or practicing for MURPH. Profiled holes on the edges allow you to use them for exercises without the vest - it will serve for squats, swings e.t.c. In addition, they can also reinforce a tactical vest during dynamic shooting and tactical training as a heavier alternative to real ballistic plates.
Kit includes two steel plates dedicated for Plate Carrier. Every plate measure (12.5" x 9.5" x 7.6mm thickness).
Steel plates are powder-coated for high adhesion to metal and resistance to wear
NOTE: The plates are used as an additional load, to increase the realism and intensity of sports training! Do not use it as ballistic protection.
