The REIN 3.0 Micro flashlight from Cloud Defensive is a compact version of their flagship REIN 3.0 model, retaining advanced technology, durability and configurability. Using modern electronics manufactured in the USA guarantees not only high power, but also performance and long life of the device.
It features an impressive light output of 1000 lumens and a 95, 000 candela peak beam intensity when used with an 18350 battery. A 95-minute runtime on a single charge in accordance to the ANSI/PLATO-FL1 standard. The unique Dual-Fuel feature allows the flashlight to be powered by a 18350 battery as well as one CR123A battery, although it should be noted that the use of CR123A batteries may result in reduced light output.
Construction and Durability of REIN 3.0 Micro
The REIN 3.0 Micro from Cloud Defensive is an example of engineering focused on durability and reliability. It is equipped with heavy-duty, 3-millimeter glass that can withstand being hit several times by 5.56 ammunition in close range, and an innovative Battery Jack system that adjusts the battery placement inside the unit, resulting in greater reliability and longer life.
Constructed from rugged 6061-T6 aluminum and a ring of hardened S7 steel, the REIN 3.0 Micro provides outstanding strength and resistance to harsh conditions. In addition, with an IPX-8 waterproof rating, the REIN 3.0 is fully immersible to depths up to 100 feet for 24 hours, making it an ideal choice for operations in the most extreme environments.
The device features a length of 12.39cm, a maximum diameter of 3.3cm, and a weight of 153 grams (including batteries and button).
Configuration and Compatibility
REIN 3.0 Micro features a modular, three-piece design that allows users to easily upgrade and customize. Its compatibility with previous generations allows for the use of parts from earlier models, increasing the device's versatility.
