Insulated jacket from 5.11 for snowy days, where the 2-layer construction provides 5K level water resistance and 10K level breathability.

As for the main outer material, it's Hardshell 2L plain weave nylon. There are Hardshell 2L oxford nylon inserts added in the elbow, back sleeve and upper back areas for extra resistance of the whole design. In addition, the lining is made of 100% Ripstop nylon. All the mentioned materials i.e. plain weave nylon, oxford nylon and ripstop nylon have been reinforced with a waterproof finish.

An internal PRIMALOFT insulation layer runs through the body, sleeves and hood to provide softness and comfort, heat maintenance, lightness (it doesn't weigh down the entire structure), as well as the previously mentioned water resistance and breathability.

This jacket features a central waterproof zipper closure with an internal storm cover.
