3M™ PELTOR™ ComTac™ VIII noise protectors help to protect hearing and also enhance ambient sounds in harsh environments.

  • Low-profile headband - a complete redesign of the headband, with equal pressure distribution and a slim low profile, helps improve comfort and eliminates the "hot spot," especially when worn under a ballistic helmet
  • Simplified conversion to rail mounts and vice versa - simple cable removal and redesigned rail guides that can be easily attached and removed to transition between ARC rail mounts and headband.
  • Updated shells - designed to provide maximum attenuation while reducing the thickness of the shell. Deeper shell provides more space for the ears and improves long-term comfort, especially when worn with earbuds at the same time
