Made of polymer, the MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) flip-up sight is manufactured by the leading firearms accessory manufacturer, Magpul Industries. Generation 3 of the MBUS sight combines the best features of the MBUS and MBUS Pro sights. Significantly reduced in size compared to earlier MBUS versions, the height of the sight when folded is only 14 mm.

Easy and quick adjustment
Adjustment is made with a large, textured knob that allows easy operation even with gloves. The sight is equipped with two operating modes, standard and precision, changed by tilting the flap located on the front.

Robust construction with lightweight materials
Through to the use of lightweight and sturdy polymer, the instrument has no negative impact on the use of the weapon. This also made it possible to use a spring-assisted opening, activated by the main spacious button.

Picatinny standard mounting
The locking system is designed to provide maximum stability, while allowing the musket to fold back on its own when accidentally hitting another object. The rear sight is adapted to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny standard rails allowing mounting of weapon accessories, and an Allen wrench or a flathead screwdriver can be used to mount it. The MBUS Gen. 3 sight is adapted for platforms: AR10, AR15, M4, M16, M110, SR25.
