Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite Pistol - .22LR caliber (43963)

Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite Pistol - Black - .22LR (43958)
The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite 43958 is a lightweight .22 LR semi-automatic pistol that combines the Mark IV series design with the polymer frame characteristic of the 22/45 models and a grip angle inspired by the 1911 pistol. The 43958 variant features a uniform black finish, with a milled receiver characteristic of the Lite version.

The upper part of the pistol consists of an anodized aluminum receiver, whose numerous cutouts help reduce the overall weight of the design. Inside is a 4.4” (112 mm) cold-forged barrel. The barrel has six grooves and a right-hand 1:16” rifling pitch. The muzzle is finished with a factory-threaded 1/2”-28 thread secured by a cap.

The 22/45 Design and 1911-Style Grip

The frame is made of molded polymer. The 22/45 series features a grip angle modeled after the 1911 design, and interchangeable, textured grip panels provide the grip geometry characteristic of this configuration.

A factory-installed Picatinny rail is located on top of the receiver, allowing for the mounting of compatible optical sights. The pistol also features mechanical sights with an adjustable rear sight.

Mark IV System – One-Button Takedown

One of the most important features of the Mark IV generation is Ruger’s one-button takedown system. Pressing the button located at the rear of the frame allows the pistol’s main components to be separated during standard disassembly for cleaning
