IWI Zion-15 14.5” is a modern AR-15 platform carbine designed and manufactured at IWI US facilities in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The design is fully based on the MIL-SPEC standard, ensuring compatibility, durability, and reliability in both professional and sporting applications.
This is an SBR version with a 14.5-inch barrel, combining compact dimensions with very good ballistics and smooth operation.

The carbine is equipped with a thick-walled 14.5-inch barrel with a 1:8 twist, adapted for ammunition caliber 5.56x45 mm / .223 Rem.

Despite the shorter barrel, the Zion-15 offers stability and repeatability close to full-size models, while maintaining much better maneuverability, especially important during dynamic shooting.

Construction – full MIL-SPEC standard

The lower receiver, upper receiver, and bolt carrier group are made according to the MIL-SPEC specification, which guarantees:

Additionally, the rear part of the trigger housing features a thickened wall to increase the strength of the return system sleeve mounting, a solution appreciated by users who train intensively.

The carbine also has a buffer that eliminates play between the trigger housing and the bolt carrier group, which affects the stability of the construction.

Trigger and Ergonomics

The applied single stage trigger is characterized by a clean, distinct break without a noticeable "wall," with immediate response. This solution supports fast and repeatable shots.

Ergonomics were refined in cooperation with the renowned brand B5 Systems:
• Pistol grip with a straight angle and aggressive texture
• Adjustable stock with two compartments
• Wide buttplate providing comfortable cheek support

Handguard and Equipment

The carbine is equipped with a 13.5-inch aluminum Free Float handguard in the M-LOK system, which:
• does not affect barrel harmonics
• allows mounting a wide range of accessories
• provides a modern, minimalist appearance

The set includes a 30-round magazine from the renowned company Magpul.
